A man was arrested at a special reception center in Sassari . The State Police intervention took place yesterday in Predda Niedda, in a "high-impact" operation within the CAS, coordinated by the Sassari Flying Squad, with the use of canine units, the Cagliari Mobile Unit, and the Sardinia Crime Prevention Unit.
A check that led to the arrest of a 28-year-old Tunisian who had, in his bedside table, approximately 200 grams of hashish , presumably destined for the city's drug dealing centers, also because the young man also had precision scales and packaging materials.
The 28-year-old was brought to court today for formal validation. A total of 300 grams of drugs were found in the facility's common areas, along with numerous switchblades . Five other residents of the center have been reported.
