Sassari, injures his rival with a bar of soap "filled" with razor blades: acquitted because he cannot be found
The episode, which occurred in Bancali prison, dates back to 2021. The protagonist was a former Moroccan prisoner who had caused injuries to an Egyptian man. After the end of his sentence he was no longer foundAcquitted because he was untraceable. Today in court in Sassari the sentence pronounced by the panel, chaired by Monia Adami, in favor of a 58-year-old Moroccan accused of "dangerous throwing of things" and personal injury. The incriminated affair dates back to November 2021 and had the Bancali prison and two inmates as its backdrop. With the accused who, after a series of conflicts with a prisoner from a nearby section of the facility, decides to act in his own way: filling a bar of soap with 16 razor blades and then throwing it at his rival, an Egyptian national.
The latter, after being hit, had suffered some wounds on his left hand. For this episode the man, defended by the lawyer Claudio Mastandrea, ended up on trial but, in the meantime, having been released from prison, he was never found again, thus obtaining acquittal because, in fact, he was untraceable.
