The accusation was serious: having forced, with violence and threats, an employee to stay in the back of the shop where she worked in a well-known shopping center in Sassari. It was 2018 and, according to the accusation, the manager and coordinator of the store specializing in jewelery prevented a 47-year-old worker from leaving the business by pulling her.

According to the prosecution, the aim was to prevent her from bringing out "her notes relating to the employee evaluation form that the offended person had refused to sign". And, as the indictment reports, the two women behaved in this way despite knowing that the worker was suffering from epileptic attacks.

But yesterday in court in Sassari the couple, defended by lawyers Nino Cuccureddu and Marco Manca, were acquitted of the charge of private violence by judge Sara Pelicci.
