A young woman from Padru died last night while giving birth to her third daughter by caesarean section .
Giovanna Satta, 25 , went to the obstetrics and gynecology ward of the San Pietro Clinics in Sassari for a complication related to her third pregnancy but shortly after hospitalization, for causes still under investigation, the young woman died .
Little Silvia , this is the name chosen for the newborn, miraculously survived . Despite her young age, it seems that the woman was facing a delicate pregnancy and that complications related to the third caesarean section were feared.
Giovanna Satta leaves two other young children of two and one year old . An investigation has been opened on the case.
