In August and September he went to the Sassari emergency room 3 times. On two occasions he was accompanied by ambulance and once with a relative. He complained of leg problems and chest pressure. Visited by the doctors on duty, he was never hospitalized. He is now in intensive care at the Sandro Pertini hospital in Rome   about three weeks.

It is the sad story of PS, 65, unemployed from Porto Torres . "Out of desperation, through a friend, we went to a Roman hospital - says his daughter Stefania -. My father, before being taken to the emergency room in Sassari, had lost 15 kilos and kept complaining. In fact, Sandro Pertini was found to have heart, kidney and liver problems . The doctors told me that he has a serious infection and that they are still carrying out tests ».

Unfortunately yesterday the health conditions of the unemployed Turritan worsened further. «From the hospital in Rome - continues Stefania - the doctors warned me that my father had a cerebral hemorrhage and is in a coma in intensive care. In the family we are desperate and I myself am leaving for Rome again to be close to him ».

The girl's bitterness is great, also mixed with the anger of a probably underestimated clinical case. «I still don't understand why my father in Sassari was not taken into due consideration - Stefania further specifies -. We have wasted precious time and I hope that the situation is not compromised».
