Sarrabus, human chain under the iron bridge closed since December: «Denied the right to mobility»
Citizens of Villaputzu, Muravera and San Vito on the street together with mayors and councilors: «A quick alternative route immediately»
A human chain under the iron bridge (closed since December 8th) that connects Villaputzu with the rest of Sarrabus to immediately ask for a quick and easy alternative route . The citizens of Villaputzu, Muravera and San Vito did it today as a sign of protest at the invitation of the spontaneous committee created for a new bridge for the Sarrabus.
«We have been denied the right to mobility and free movement – said the mayor of Villaputzu Sandro Porcu , present at the protest – The communities of Sarrabus are united to claim our rights and I am sure that we will be able to solve this very serious problem».
Porcu thanked the committee, the citizens, the VAT numbers and the traders "who make their reasons and demands heard every day". Also present with the mayor of Villaputzu were the mayor of San Vito Marco Antonio Siddi and the councilor of Muravera Matteo Plaisant .
