The Ministry of Health raises several doubts about the Health Reform approved a month ago , and wants explanations. In particular on the administration of the Companies - are the national laws on health management respected? - then on the coordination of the general managers, on the reorganization, on the costs, on the hiring of personnel.
A long document from the Legislative Office sent to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Department of Regional Affairs and Autonomies, examines Law 8 of 11 March 2025 – Urgent provisions for the adaptation of the organizational and institutional structure of the health system – article by article, and asks the Region to “clarify”.
It almost seems like the prologue to an appeal , and if that were to be the case, it would be another hard blow for the Regional Council.
