On site the Carabinieri of the Radiomobile Unit of the Carbonia Company who found a situation similar to last July 11, when the worker had been caught inside the woman's home, in clear violation of the provisions imposed by the Court of Cagliari. The precautionary measure had been ordered following repeated interventions by the police for family disputes and mistreatment.

Even on this occasion, he was caught in the middle of the night inside the victim's house. The timely intervention of the Carabinieri, alerted by the Operations Center, prevented the situation from degenerating further.
