The autumn food and wine event promoted by the Municipality with the support of the Sardinia Foundation returns to Neoneli Wine, Fregula and Cassola.

From Friday 13th to Sunday 15th October, the small center in Barigadu hosts three intense days of tastings, gastronomic workshops, in-depth meetings on the local economy, and then music, photography and initiatives for the little ones. Unmissable moments in the varied program of the event are the cooking competition dedicated to fregula, the characteristic durum wheat semolina pasta of Sardinian cuisine, which this year features students from five Sardinian hotel institutes, the cellar festival and the lunch at basis of typical Neelese dishes.

Also at the Salone Corrale, for all the days of the event, the exhibition "Cheers cannonau. A toast lasting 3000 years" will be open to visitors. Friday ends in the evening in Piazza Italia with a "mutos competition": the protagonists are the extemporaneous poets Costantino Casula from Ortueri, Giovanni Mura from Tonara and Mario Macis from Meana Sardo, accompanied by Matteo Casula on the accordion. The competition, starting at 10pm, is introduced by the ethnomusicologist Marco Lutzu, professor at the University of Cagliari.
