Regasifier in Portoscuso, "ready to appeal to the Council of State"
Mayor Ignazio Atzori asks for an urgent meeting with the President of the Region
"We are ready to contact the Council of State to prevent the regasification terminal from being moored in Portovesme".
The municipal administration of Portoscuso remains opposed to Snam's plan to moor a 140,000 cubic meter FSRU in Portovesme and is ready to appeal to the Council of State against the Dpcm Energia.
Mayor Ignazio Atzori asked for an urgent meeting with the President of the Region Christian Solinas to discuss the matter. The appeal presented by the Region to the Lazio TAR against the Dpcm was rejected but the executive led by Solinas would be willing to appeal to the Council of State . An appeal which the Municipality of Portoscuso would also like to join.
