An exciting phone call between Marco Sias and Paolo Simoncelli. The first is the 20-year-old from Iglesias who in recent days had revealed that he had met in dreams, while he was in a coma due to an accident with a scooter, the Moto Gp champion who died in 2011; the second is the father of the pilot.

The young Sardinian still has his head bandaged, has undergone two surgeries and for 16 days he remained in deep darkness. When he talked to his father about "Sic" he told him: "His son told me he is fine and reassured me by making sure that I would wake up and return to normal life".

A few more words he managed to add Massimo Sias, Marco's father, interrupted by emotion. At the other end of the phone, Paolo Simoncelli asked for the details of what happened and his mother Giuliana thought of explaining them to him: "Marco was in a coma for 16 days, they gave us little hope, some doctors told me that in the best of cases he would stay in the vegetative state, when he woke up he could not speak due to the tracheotomy. So we talked through the written messages and he immediately told me that he had been awakened by a boy with the bike. The details were so precise that when I showed him the image of Marco Simoncelli he didn't have a moment's hesitation in telling me 'it's him' ".

Then the promise: “Paolo - reveals Marco Sias - would like to meet me for a hug in person”.
