He produced and sold "legal" cannabis, which was later found to have an active ingredient exceeding the limits. For this reason an agricultural entrepreneur from Nuorese, in 2021, had been reported for detention for the purpose of dealing a large quantity of marijuana inflorescences.

Now, however, he will also have to pay unpaid taxes on sold marijuana.

The dispute came at the end of the investigations by the Guardia di Finanza of Nuoro.

The entrepreneur will therefore be asked for 668,000 euros for the tax years 2020 and 2021.

The man, in fact, despite his activity, which later turned out to be illegal, only indicated the land income in his declaration.

"The military inspection action - the investigators explain - instead traced the illicit activity of drug dealing to the category of business income, with consequent ordinary taxation and non-deductibility

of crime costs.
