Quartucciu, woman hit on the stripes in front of the Vele: hospitalized under red code
She was crossing when she was hit by a microcar driven by another woman. Then emergency transport to Brotzu
A road accident this morning in front of the "Le Vele Millennium" shopping center paralyzed traffic in Quartucciu.
A woman from Maracalagonis driving a microcar apparently did not give way to a woman from Quartu San'Elena who was crossing on the pedestrian crossing and hit her with the small car.
The woman who was hit was then rescued and transported by a 118 ambulance in code red to the Brotzu hospital in Cagliari.
The Quartucciu municipal police are on site for legal investigations, coordinated by commander Fabio Carboni.
