The femicide of Angelica Salis, killed at the age of 60 in September 2021 by her husband Paolo Randaccio in Quartucciu , could end before the Constitutional Court. This is what was requested in the courtroom by the prosecutor Nicola Giua Marassi, deeming it " constitutionally illegitimate" to foresee, as the current law does, the impossibility of resorting to the shortened procedure and to grant extenuating circumstances if the crime involves two spouses.
