Last week , after the inspections and the confirmation of the presence of the rats, an intervention of rodent control was arranged .

The Pro Service technicians , hired by the Metropolitan City's insect control service, had placed the baits . After the checks, however, the mice are still there and so the closure of the school has been extended . So from today the children will be transferred to Stella di Mare and will also have to follow the lessons on several shifts .

Parents protest , while the councilor for public education Cinzia Carta explains from the Municipality that “the first intervention of the Pro Service was not decisive and therefore it is necessary to reschedule another one. The operations have already started yesterday and since it is a demanding situation, the checks will not be able to take place before Monday, when the technicians will communicate the final outcome ".
