A van crashes into a guardrail on the 131 in Bauladu, causing traffic to grind to a halt.

On wet asphalt, the van skidded and crashed into the guardrail. There were moments of fear this afternoon, around 5:30 PM, on State Road 131, just before the Bauladu turnoff, following a traffic accident.
The driver of the van, traveling toward Cagliari, suddenly lost control of the vehicle, which struck the traffic divider. The truck then spun around, remaining sideways between the two lanes.
The alarm was raised immediately, and emergency services arrived on the scene, although the driver appears to have sustained no injuries. Traffic police officers from Laconi are conducting surveys along with ANAS workers.
Traffic heading towards Cagliari was severely slowed down, partly due to the heavy rain.
