Videomapping, itinerant train, concerts by authors and shows at the Teatro tenda that returns to the entrance of the Molentargius park.

The institutional review Christmas in Quartu starts tomorrow, the program of events designed by the Municipality - with the coordination of the Association of Local Authorities - which this year too will accompany the entire month of December until Epiphany.

"The desire to offer citizens new opportunities to fully enjoy the Christmas atmosphere is renewed - commented Mayor Graziano Milia - by participating in events that are not only an opportunity to stimulate curiosity or to take a few moments of leisure, but also represent a sort of social glue, for the opportunity to share, to participate, even to deepen our identity heritage".

Creating the magic of Christmas, together with the lights already turned on, will be the animation of the video mapping at the entrance to the city starting tomorrow, with the facade of the church of Sant'Agata becoming an artistic screen for the images of the festivities inspired by the identity of Quartu.

THE PROGRAM – Sunday 8th will also see the first ride of this edition of the travelling train, always much appreciated, not only by children: free rides starting as every year from via Umberto I, in front of the ancient house museum Sa Dom'e Farra.

On Tuesday 10 December , the 'Christmas Cantata' is scheduled in the church of the Sacred Heart, which will see the Trouveur Valdotèn perform, accompanied by Sardinian musicians known far beyond the regional borders such as Elena Ledda, Simonetta Soro, Mauro Palmas, Silvano Lobina and Marcello Peghin.

Another event on Friday, December 20 : protagonist Gavino Murgia, for a tribute to Guglielmo Marconi. The Teatro Tenda in the Molentargius parking lots is confirmed, with six theatrical shows dedicated to the little ones of Quartu, and from December 28 to January 6 it will also host the shows proposed by Circo Side. The same location, on December 21, also for 'Vita d'artista', the event with Sese Corrias and his 'Compagnia del Mocambo'.
