Investigations into tonight's attack in Quartu , which ended with the stabbing of a 51-year-old man, who is now in hospital on a confidential prognosis, are at a turning point.

Around three o'clock the police officers intervened in via Budapest, where some people confronted each other with bars and knives. A 51-year-old from Cagliari was hit with a blow to the abdomen and is currently hospitalized at Brotzu.

The perpetrator of the stabbing was another 31-year-old Cagliari , who in turn was hit with a bar by the 51-year-old, after the latter had also damaged his car.

In the fight, another person also ended up in hospital : it is a 24-year-old boy, an acquaintance of the 31-year-old, who was hit by a friend of the 51-year-old and is now hospitalized at the Holy Trinity with a fractured arm. For the young person a prognosis of 30 days.

There are currently three people under investigation : the 31-year-old for attempted murder, the 51-year-old injured from aggravated damage and his friend for injuries and aggravated damage.

Investigations are still ongoing to verify any other people involved.
