Quartu, a dog terrified of bangs, breaks a glass in his escape and injures himself

In recent days he has suffered from every blow. Yesterday here is the result of a New Year's Eve without conscience: "The dog was in his kennel, at a certain point, like a madman, he tried to open the door but there was glass." And the animal suffered a deep wound on its face, which required the intervention of a veterinarian.

The episode is narrated by Isabella Satta from Quarta, resident in a city where, in theory, there was an ordinance that prohibited the use of barrels for end-of-year celebrations. “We stopped him,” he adds, “but his heart was going crazy.”

The dog was treated. The owner now launches an appeal: "Let us talk about it, the mayor must take a position."
