New landing of migrants on the coasts of Southern Sardinia.

On Friday evening, in Pula, the Carabinieri from the Domus de Maria station intervened in the Santa Margherita area, near the "Cala Marina" beach, where they tracked down 13 North African citizens.

They are twelve men and one woman, of presumed Tunisian citizenship, all adults and all without identity documents.

They would have landed in the area from a 6 meter long fiberglass boat, equipped with a 40 horsepower "Enduro" outboard engine, which was found a short distance away and seized.

The migrants, who appeared in good health, were accompanied by a vehicle from the company affiliated with the Prefecture of Cagliari to the Monastir reception centre, escorted by two police patrols.
