"The fact does not exist". The judges of the First Section of the Court of Cagliari acquitted - with the broadest formula - all the defendants who ended up in court at the end of the investigation by the Public Prosecutor's Office into the premises rented by Sardegna IT , an in-house company of the Region.
After brief replies from the public prosecutor Gaetano Porcu, who had requested nine sentences of between 4 months and one year in prison, and from the defenders, the panel chaired by Tiziana Marogna withdrew to the council chamber for the sentence that dropped the charges , moves for various reasons, of disturbed freedom of the enchantments and abuse of office for the announcement linked to the lease of the premises that house the company specializing in technology and innovation.
Both the entrepreneur Sergio Zuncheddu (publisher of the L'Unione Sarda group), whose premises had then been chosen by Sardegna IT, and the former councilor of Cagliari Giampaolo Marchi , then president of the awarding commission, were acquitted.

Charges also dropped for Alessio Cusenza (tender office of the in-house company), Bruno Bacchiddu (manager of Immobiliare Europea), Emilio Balletto (member of the evaluation commission), Carlo Ignazio Fantola (Unione Sarda group), Marcello Barone (former president of Sardinia IT), Franco Magi and Natale Ditel (sole director and member of the board at the time).
The Court dropped all charges , accepting the defenders' theses: it had not been a tender, but a market research which resulted in the stipulation of the contracts.
