The count is over, the committees are rejoicing. Or rather, they are waiting for the next steps. "We hope to be called to the commissions to defend Pratobello 24", they say . Also because, with 211 thousand signatures in support, they believed that much less time would be needed to count them.

The proposed law of popular initiative - which focuses on urban planning, claiming the specialty of the Region in the matter to stop the wind and photovoltaic assault on the Island - therefore begins its council process.

Even if Pasquale Mereu, mayor of Orgosolo, a bit like the father of Pratobello 24, is waiting for official communications: «We would like to know when the law will arrive in the commission», he says. «However, this is an important step, the first, that we were waiting for a few days in advance».

Then there are the committees and, even in this case, caution prevails. Luigi Pisci recalls: «The battle for Pratobello 24 is a people's battle for Sardinia», argues the activist, soul of the coordination for the proposed law. «Up to now we have witnessed the stalling of the Palace that we would not like to be repeated during the various phases of the discussion, starting with the commissions. We will be vigilant, with the hope of being able to be summoned, when Pratobello 24 is included in the agenda of the commissions ».
