Porto Torres, works on the water network: 4 days of traffic ban in the center

Traffic will be stopped in the city centre of Porto Torres from Monday 17th to Thursday 20th February for work on the water mains.

Four days of interventions on the road, along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, in particular the section of the intersection with Via Cavour. Traffic descending from Via Sassari will be diverted to Via Adelasia, while traffic ascending from Corso Vittorio Emanuele II will be diverted to Via Petronia.

The change in traffic flow is due to the execution of the redevelopment works of the water network of the Municipality of Porto Torres by the company Sini Costruzioni, the company that won the contract to replace the old pipes. This is an intervention of lot A that will allow the water system to be renovated, included in the project of the engineering program of the water network of Abbanoa that is proceeding with the installation of new hydraulic equipment in the various water nodes of the city.
