Chased by a man while walking along the Balai seafront in Porto Torres. The episode occurred in the afternoon, when two women noticed that an individual, about 50 years old, already known to the police, was chasing them at a fast pace, forcing them to increase their pace to gain a lead.

Scared, they reached the beaches of Acque Dolci, turning to a passerby to ask for help. "Excuse me, can we come with you? We're scared."

The man promptly offered to accompany them to the parking lot of the port area, where the two women had parked their car. "So while I was heading to meet the criminal, the 50-year-old suddenly changed direction, crossing the street to flee," explains Manuele Derudas. "A fact that I immediately reported to the police to point out a case that does not appear to be isolated."

In recent days, other similar episodes have been reported by other women.
