A mixture of alcohol and psychotropic drugs and the high is guaranteed. Shock consumption among young people looking for exciting effects.

The phenomenon is also spreading in the city of Porto Torres, so much so that it is alarming families, but also pharmacists and the police.

It is expanding in the younger age groups, under 14 and up to the age of majority, who abuse drugs combined with super-alcoholic substances to obtain effects similar to drugs. Some reports from desperate parents have reached the lawyer Sara Dettori.

The lawyer filed a complaint with the Public Prosecutor's Office and the Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court, to bring to the attention of the competent authorities a series of communications received from parents of minors and adults, who complain about their children's abuse of drugs.

The nuances are disturbing. "Our teenagers, minors and otherwise, are falsifying doctors' prescriptions with phone apps that are modified by inserting prescriptions for psychotropic drugs," explains the lawyer. They modify the repeatable prescription and an adult shows up at the pharmacy counter to collect the medicine. The most common use is that of Rivotril drops, one of the cheapest antidepressants, but the list also includes Tavor, Minias and laroxil .

There were several hospitalizations with complications and in one case a boy with cardiac arrest was saved in extremis.

«They go to pharmacies that obviously in good faith, give them the drugs, at the negligible cost of even 1.40 euros».

A phenomenon that makes us reflect on the seriousness of the situation that risks degenerating. Federfarma has raised the alarm by asking the pharmacies of the territory and the hinterland to carefully verify the prescriptions presented at the counter by young users.
