Another episode of violent nightlife on the Poetto.

It happens in Quartu Sant'Elena , where on August 14 at 3 am - on the night between Saturday and Sunday - a man was walking around with a machete outside a bathhouse.

He is a 30-year-old from Cagliari who had been removed from the restaurant because he harassed and harassed the people present both inside and outside. So he must have thought of getting justice himself, but the arrival of a police patrol was immediate, alerted by a call to 113.

The officers arrived at the scene and found the man in his car, inside which a 52-centimeter machete and a 26-centimeter kitchen knife were found and confiscated.

The 30-year-old, evidently drunk, threatened the officers and damaged the service car . For him, the complaint was made for carrying weapons or objects capable of offending, threatening a public official and aggravated damage.

Not only that, considering his violent behavior, held during the night in front of a club and in an area very popular with young people and minors, the police commissioner of Cagliari with a provision issued on 20 August triggered the urban Daspo against the thirty-year-old.

For two years, from 6 pm to 7 am, he will not be able to access all the public establishments and clubs on the Lungomare Poetto and viale Golfo di Quartu. And it will not even be able to stay near them.
