Persecuted a couple in Gonnosfanadiga: prohibition for a worker to approach

For a long time he persecuted a girl and her partner, her fellow villagers. So he was reported to the police. Now a forty-year-old worker from Gonnosfanadiga has been banned from approaching and communicating with his victims.

The provision was ordered by the Gip office of the Court of Cagliari following a report by the carabinieri on the man's stalking of the couple.

According to what was decided by the judiciary , the forty-year-old will have to maintain a minimum distance of at least 300 meters, he will have to avoid approaching the woman's residence and the man's workplace.

If it were to go against it, a more restrictive precautionary measure could be adopted.
