Ovodda, 300 kilos of marijuana recovered

Maxi drug discovery by the carabinieri in Ovodda. The soldiers of the local station, together with colleagues from the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Tonara Company, denounced two people residing in the town. One is the owner of the house where the drugs were kept, the other a friend of his. Furthermore, one of the two is an authorized grower of legal hemp.

They were the keepers of 300 kilos of marijuana contained in cardboard boxes and cellophane bags.

To verify the quantity of the active principle contained in the seized plants and to understand whether they are substances held for the purpose of trafficking or not. In this case, the position of the two growers could worsen.

From a first inspection, however, the method of cultivation and storage of marijuana would be

been made outside the limits of the law.
