A few minutes, just long enough to open the investigation, admit the lists of witnesses and the trial against the former correspondent of "Striscia la Notizia", Cristian Cocco, has been postponed. A defect in the notification for the translation of the documents into Sardinian was detected in the Chamber today, but the Oristano plaintiff with his lawyer Cristina Puddu renounced any postponement and chose to continue and start the hearing immediately.

The offended parties, the operator Massimo Antonio Aversano and his wife, did not appear in the Chamber, effectively renouncing the possibility of bringing a civil action. And it is a significant figure given that it was Aversano himself who denounced Cocco for extortion claiming that he had been forced to share with him the fees received from Mediaset for the creation and assembly of the services (according to the operator Cocco would have withheld around 60 thousand euros) .

Judge Silvia Palmas postponed until September 27 to hear the first prosecution witnesses, starting with Aversano.
