"We have carried out a survey of the contingent problems present in the city, hamlets and villages, in the most delicate areas and for the most urgent situations - says the mayor -. In particular, we focused on verifying the general situation of the Marina village: rescue at sea, implementation of the waste collection service from public bins. The water problem affecting public showers and some kiosks has been resolved.

Among the first interventions adopted, the extension of the opening hours of the Arst bus station to solve the problem relating to the pedestrian passage from Via Cagliari to Vico Episcopio. The area is currently accessible until 10pm and will remain open until 1am.

On the environmental front, thanks to the establishment of the DPIA document, the arrangement of mobile cameras was identified with the municipal police force to solve the problem of illegal dumping in some critical points present in the city, hamlets and villages.

In the field of social services, the reopening of the terms of the Reis call was noted to meet people whose basic income has been suspended. A general verification was carried out of the situation of the administered with regard to the allocation of funds to meet their needs and the strengthening of the personnel employed in the sector was announced.
