In March he hit a cyclist and ran away without stopping to help him.
The carabinieri of the Siliqua station managed to trace the model of the vehicle first and then its owner.
Thus the complaint was triggered for a 63-year-old from the town, owner of an SUV: he is accused of failure to rescue and serious road injuries.
The cyclist, a 50-year-old, had crashed to the ground and was injured.
