The deposition of Magdalena Murawska , the partner of Toni Cozzolino, burned alive in Olbia by her neighbor Davide Iannelli on 11 March 2022, is skipped.

The woman did not appear in the courtroom of the Assize Court of Sassari to testify : after the man's death, in fact, she moved to Poland, her country of origin, and did not respond to the summons of the prosecutor Daniele Rosa : «I heard her in recent days», explains the civil lawyer Giampaolo Murrighile, who defends the victim's family with Antonio Fois and Massimo Perra, «inviting her to appear before this Court to provide her testimony. He informed me that he had not received the notification and that he is available to come to Italy to testify, once he receives the summons."

The Court has decided to give Murawska another opportunity: if she does not appear in court in that case too, it will order the hearing remotely from Poland . A solution to which the defenders of the accused Iannelli, Abele and Cristina Cherchi, did not oppose.

In the meantime, another witness appeared in the courtroom today: the woman, who was on the bus on which Cozzolino tried to get on to be rescued, confirmed that she saw him engulfed in flames and that she saw the driver of the vehicle put out the flames with a fire extinguisher.
