He has repeatedly offended, assaulted and threatened his wife and adult children. And now the investigating judge of the Cagliari court has triggered the measures, ordering the removal from the family home and the ban on approaching places frequented by relatives.

It is a 63-year-old from Iglesias, denounced in a state of freedom for mistreatment in the family, to whom the carabinieri have notified the application of the personal precautionary measure decided by the judge.

From what we learn, the man's oppressive behavior would have continued over time, to the point of forcing family members to contact the police.
