Balloons, colored ribbons. And in the foreground those pedestrian crossings in front of the schools of Italy, to be made safer and more visible in light of the continuous tragedies. "We do this for Bea , Guan and all the victims of the road", say the guys of Adesso Basta, a movement born in Nuoro after the terrible crash of Christmas 2017, where the brothers Francesco and Matteo Pintor lost their lives, along the State Road 129 Nuoro-Macomer.

The initiative started in the capital of Barbagia, with the first balloons decorating the poles next to the pedestrian crossing on Via Trieste, in front of the Giorgio Asproni classical high school. A similar scenario also took place on Viale Colombo in Cagliari, where 17-year-old Beatrice Loi lost her life a few days ago, hit by a car while she was walking to school .

Tomorrow morning, the students of the scientific high school of Nuoro will go into action: they will make the pedestrian crossings a few steps from Piazza Veneto visible and colorful.

"To the representatives of the high schools. To the students. To the professors. To the fathers, to the mothers - we read on Adesso Basta's social profiles -. We have sent an email to all the schools in Italy. Look for it, read it and do your part to increase the safety of your school communities. We ask you to give even more visibility to the pedestrian areas and crossings around the school: put ribbons everywhere ".

The young people of Adesso Basta, led by Giovanni Pintor, add: « Ribbons everywhere because if you see them you stop and remember that we students are passing through there. Your tomorrow. Ribbons everywhere because if you don't do it, we will. Ribbons everywhere because it's a small gesture that can save many lives».
