Nuoro, after the landslides the road to Monte Ortobene reopens

After Sunday's landslides , the Municipality of Nuoro has announced the reopening of the road to Monte Ortobene.

The bad weather of the last few hours had caused several landslides, blocking traffic in the Sedda and Ortai areas and creating inconvenience.

Immediately after the event, municipal technicians and intervention teams began clearing operations on the roadway , removing the boulders and landslide material that were obstructing the passage.

Following careful assessment, the necessary checks on the stability of the ground were also carried out to ensure the safety of those who travel on the road.

This morning the decision to reopen.
