The over one hundred year old, born on 6 January 1920 to Antonio Francesco Tatti and Francesca Scanu, lived with her sister Giovanna Maria, who died in June 2021, before moving to the rest home.

« She never wanted to get married, although she had many suitors. She says that the secret of longevity is given precisely by never having married », the family members had told at the age of 100. Maria Antonia Tatti attended school up to the third grade in Nughedu, then she had to interrupt her studies to help around the house.
