Waste in military servitudes? "We are ready for battle."

The Nonucle-Noscorie committee returns to the charge to prevent the single nuclear waste repository from being located in Sardinia.

At the forefront since the 2011 referendum in which 97% of voters expressed themselves against the installation on the island of "nuclear power plants and sites for the storage of residual or pre-existing radioactive waste" , the committee returns to office with concern by law decree 181 of December 2023, which paves the way for the self-nomination of military easements to host the depot.

For Sardinia, a land of polygons and servitude, that rule "is a sword of Damocles" , we read in a note from the committee. «We are ready for anything. The Sardinians said no, they went to the polls to say it more clearly and forcefully, and they will not allow their territory to be compromised, forever, by the waste of your wicked radioactive choices, just as they will not allow themselves to be attacked by energy speculators wind and solar energy to which you have opened the doors of our land".
