The situation on the Cagliari-Sassari train is always the same, every day: full carriage and unobtainable seats , without even a handhold to hold on to at every braking point. An unsustainable journey for Nicoletta Galisai who last October, in her sixth month of pregnancy , wrote a letter to L'Unione Sarda, hoping for some improvements on the route .

But after some time "here we go again", nothing has changed. «Today I am on my eighth and, despite the promises of the Sardinia Mobility Office and our governors on the imminent growth of the fleet, I still find myself traveling standing up, crammed in with many other people, always risking falling and hurting myself. Where Trenitalia's efficiency doesn't arrive, even civic sense continues to fail: was the entire carriage I was in informed of my condition, the only person to seat me? A girl in her seventh month, who has found herself in the same situation as me several times."

Then the bitter clarification: «To be honest, we both would have an alternative: booking the accompaniment service for people with reduced mobility in the Blue Room, that is, a person who would accompany us on the train and get people up at the our place. But I ask myself: do we really have to go that far ?".
