«I had forwarded the request for a home physiatrist visit for my mother», Boi recounts on Facebook, « we were told that it was not possible due to the absence of physiatrists. We had no other option than to book in another structure».

But, in any case, «we were lucky: there was room in the Orroli clinic on 31 August. When I got home, my mother was devastated."

Peppino Boi says it with regret, after the transfer by ambulance became necessary, with all the difficulties involved.

From the use of the spoon stretcher (managed with professionalism by the volunteers of the Green Cross of Isili), passing through two flights of stairs, up to the journey from home to Orroli. And return. Not the best for a woman of almost 95 springs, exhausted by two weeks of hospitalization.

In the meantime, the story has caused a stir on social media, accompanied by dozens of comments of solidarity towards the elderly woman. Don't miss the final appeal of his son, Peppino: «Attention. Don't get sick. At this point, you wouldn't know what you're getting into."
