A report arrived at 112 from the Porto Pino area caused a patrol of carabinieri from Teulada to intervene around 8.30 this morning. The military tracked down 9 migrants, all adult males and in good health, who claimed to be of Algerian nationality.

There is no trace of the small boat used to reach the Sardinian coasts.
