Night of violence in Sennori: young man from Sorso hit in the face with a hammer

Night of violence during the Sennori carnival celebrations. A violent fight broke out between two young men at the exit of a bar in the centre, a meeting place at the end of the parade of allegorical floats.

The episode took place around half past one, following an argument that arose between the tables of a club and degenerated outside with a scuffle between the two.

The worst was suffered by a 22-year-old young man from Sorso who, hit with a hammer in the face, suffered serious injuries to one eye . The boy was transported to the emergency room with the 118 ambulance and kept under observation by the doctors.

The attacker, a contemporary of Sennori, was reported for serious injuries pending other provisions. The carabinieri of the Porto Torres company and the agents of the State Police intervened on the spot, proceeding with the investigations to find out the reasons that triggered the brawl.
