The bulletin

The latest bulletin issued by experts at the Via Biasi power station in Cagliari states that "a low-pressure system of Atlantic origin is crossing Sardinia and has entered the Tyrrhenian Sea. This is associated with a low-pressure system over the Ligurian Sea, causing strong pressure gradients with locally gale-force winds over the central-western Mediterranean."
