They invoiced non-existent operations on the 110% Superbonus, accumulating an undue tax credit of over 610 thousand euros, as well as collecting payments of over half a million euros.

There are 10 people under investigation as part of an investigation by the Cagliari Prosecutor's Office, conducted by the soldiers of the Guardia di Finanza of the Muravera department, who monitored the activities of a Sarrabus construction company that worked throughout Sardinia.

The investigation started from a tax audit carried out on the company, which operates in the sector of construction of civil systems.

From further investigations , «the generation of over 610,000 euros of “non-existent” tax credits was found, through the issue of

invoices for non-existent operations in relation to works to be carried out or in progress on properties owned by individuals resident in the Sardinian regional territory and then unduly monetized with the collection of over 550,000 thousand euros", Fiamme Gialle informs.

The investigating judge, at the request of the Prosecutor's Office, issued a preventive seizure decree for the amount of over six hundred thousand euros: affected sums of money, homes and various vehicles available to the owner of the verified sole proprietorship and a compliant sworn technician.

Tax credits not yet compensated for a tax credit are also blocked
