A large fire devastates the countryside between Sindia and Macomer.

Two Canadairs and two helicopters had to intervene, then the Forestas teams, the Macomer barracelli and the volunteer teams of the "Mariano Falchi" association and the firefighters of Macomer and Oristano.

A large fire, which started around 2:00 PM in the countryside of Sindia, is affecting the Bara area, therefore the provincial road leading to Pozzomaggiore, an area with many farms and agritourism facilities, but above all a wooded area full of vegetation.

Smoke has filled the entire area, and a farm is surrounded by flames. Firefighters have intervened to protect it. The damage is reportedly extensive. A full count will be made later. Traffic has also been diverted, and several farms have been evacuated.
