The search for Martina Lattuca, the 49-year-old woman from Cagliari who disappeared yesterday in Calamosca, resumed this morning. The alarm was raised this afternoon when her partner failed to see her return home.
After yesterday's incessant and meticulous work, rescuers returned to the scene: the Coast Guard with the CP 320 patrol boat, the Fire Brigade with divers and canine unit, and the Alpine Rescue team with drones.
The woman was last seen yesterday morning: the Terrazze cameras captured her, in the rain and with an umbrella in hand, taking the path leading to the top of Sella del Diavolo. The search continued after dark, with teams combing the area thoroughly, supported by drones.
Despite the massive deployment of forces, no useful evidence has emerged so far. The search continues today, without interruption.
