The earth theater created by Il Crogiuolo in its vegetable garden in S'Idanu is now a reality. The small arena, made with the elements of nature, is ready to host moonlight shows created together with the garden as part of Mariposa de Cardu, the social promotion project in memory of the teacher and volunteer of the "Oltre the bars”, Luisa Atzeri.

First appointment tomorrow. Giancarlo Murranca will open the evening at 7.15pm with an excerpt from Grazia Dentoni's show "The Lord of the Annelids", accompanied by Maurizio Camba who will give the public composting earthworms. At 7.30pm Lorenza Zambon, artistic director of the Asti company "La casa degli alfieri", on stage for the first time in Sardinia, presents her new show "La dama degli Argonauti". The theatrical event is, however, preceded by a walk ecological towards Su Idanu with Rita Atzeri, the environmental engineer Vania Erby and Daniela Spanu.

On Saturday, however, the evening begins at 6.30pm with the master puppeteer of Is Mascareddas, Tonino Murru, on stage in the show Anima e Core, written and directed together with Donatella Pau. The evening continues with the viewing, at 8pm, of Enrico Pau's film "Jimmy della Collina", based on the novel of the same name by Massimo Carlotto.

Final remarks of the event on Sunday at 7.30pm with an exceptional author and performer: Pino Petruzzelli. The area, surrounded by greenery a few steps from the Le Vele shopping centre, was created with what the land offers: for the stalls, three semicircular rings were dug into the earth, while the hay bales, on the other hand, are the seats for the public. The stage is a surface of ground raised in a semicircle, while the scenery is a portion of reeds.

«Mariposa de Cardu has put on around twenty shows from May to today – explains the director of the Crogiuolo Rita Atzeri -. Animus Teatro, Officina Acustica and the ancient dance group of Roberto Magnabosco and Elisabetta Bucciari also made themselves available and put on shows. Sixty people joined the garden project and some wonderful synergies were born."
