A boat in the trajectory of the other and then the left turn of the yacht Amore which crashes on the rocks, the German manager Dean Kronsbein (61 years) violently slams on the console of the Amore bridge and loses his life.

It is the reconstruction made by the prosecutor of the nautical accident that took place on July 31st last year in Porto Cervo. Navigation in the prohibited area and excessive speed of the boats, these are the conducts which, according to the Prosecutor of Tempio, caused the death of the manager.

The head of the prosecutors, Gregorio Capasso, signed the notice of completed investigations (manslaughter) addressed to the commander of the victim's yacht, the Roman skipper Mario Lallone, 67, and to Luigi Cortese, 57, from Ischia, skipper of the motorboat Sweet Dragon, boat of the Berlusconi family. The prosecutor hypothesizes the contribution of guilt.

According to public prosecutor Capasso, Kronsbein's Amore yacht was sailing at high speed (16 knots more than the permitted speed) 75 meters from the rocky coast and, having ended up in the Sweet Dragon's trajectory, would have turned to port, a maneuver that forced him landed on the rocks. The victim was on the bridge, the death was caused by the impact against the console (multitrauma from medullary shock).

Even the Sweet Dragon motorboat, according to the prosecutor, had excessive speed. Cortese's lawyer, the criminal lawyer Fabio Varone, has announced the start of new defensive technical activities.
