Some rocks fell onto the roadway, with the risk of involving passing vehicles.

The problem was reported to a group of tourists who immediately after lunch were passing through that road, belonging to the Province of Nuoro, the old Carlo Felice, which connects the capital of Marghine with the industrial area of Tossilo and with the 131, in the direction of Cagliari, who reported the danger.

The technical office of the Province intervened immediately and immediately issued the closure order, without even informing the municipal administration of Macomer.

The road was closed to traffic, to allow the use of heavy mechanical vehicles by the company appointed by the Province. All traffic was diverted onto state road 129 Macomer and Nuoro and then onto 131, extending the route by over six kilometres.

There are many inconveniences. The boulder removal and road safety operations will continue until the end of the works. There is a possibility that the road will remain cordoned off throughout the night and into tomorrow morning as well.
