A woman was injured following a road accident in Sestu, along the former state road 131, in the Sa Cantonera area.
The driver was at the wheel of a car but, for reasons to be ascertained, lost control at a roundabout. The car - a Ford EcoSport - thus overturned on the roadway.
After the alarm the 118 operators intervened on the spot, together with the firefighters and the agents of the local police of Sestu.
The woman was then rescued and transported to hospital in yellow code.
The firefighters instead proceeded to make the vehicle and the roadway safe.
The findings were instead carried out by local police officers.
