After the case of Legionella in Cheremule, the Asl of Sassari requested analyzes on Legionella tests to detect its presence in the water and aeraulic systems, frequented by the patient currently hospitalized in the intensive care unit of the San Pietro clinics in Sassari.

The 47-year-old woman, originally from Mores but residing in Cheremule, had ended up in the Ozieri hospital after experiencing the first symptoms with high fever and difficulty breathing. The worsening of his health conditions had forced the doctors to order immediate hospitalization in the intensive care unit of the Sassari clinics, where the doctors reserve the right to dissolve the prognosis not before the next 48 hours.

The facts. On Sunday night, the woman's family members reported her urgent hospitalization to the mayor of Cheremule, Salvatore Masia, indicating the municipal swimming pool among the places frequented, as well as other various trips where the patient performed the cleaning service.
